2 night min stay on weekends and Easter. The Hotel La Estacio is in the centre of a park full of pine trees in Bocairent, Valencia, and is a perfect base from which to explore la Serra Mariola, an ecologically precious area. The hotel was once the Rail station of Bocairent and is of typically Valencian design. Its transformation into a fourteen room hotel, complete with bar and restaurant in a wonderfully verdant setting, was masterfully realised by the owners. The is a glassed interior patio, lounge with fireplace, and a lovely garden complete with swimming pool. the building. The ensuite rooms are decorated in subtle colours, with wood floors and some beamed ceilings, and have have every convenience. This is a new hotel and there are some special touches still to be completed, but Josefina and Sebastian have added some small, sophisticated, details like aromatherapy kits and fruit baskets in each room. The restaurant serves typical regional cuisine, using fresh local produce and the aromatic herbs of the Sierra. An interesting and relaxing place to stay with plenty of outdoor activities.

Notes Bocairent's streets are seeped in centuries of history. Visit Alcoi and Concentina. Watch the fiestas of the Moors and Christians held annually. Hiking and walking in Sant Jame and el Portin, Los Picos de Montcabrer. Bocairent and its bullfighting ring, the only one in Spain carved out of the bare rock, is worth visiting. Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

“It was very pleasant and the pool and garden area quite idyllic. What an excellent transformation from an old railway station and in a perfect location to explore the old town.
The food was very variable from ginormous portions to tiny portions and not very tasty.
The staff were very friendly and overall it was an enjoyable time.”
