“This hotel is very lovely. It isn't accessible by car; you must park two blocks away and walk, which may be a problem for an older guest.
The innkeepers are very welcoming.
Directions would be helpful!
Information on the cost of meals would be helpful.”

“La Casa Grande was magic. Like staying in a different world. Loved it. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The scenery was amazing. However, parking was a nightmare, but worth the inconvenience for a night or two, however, tea making facilities in the rooms would be a pleasant touch, after having to walk up from the town it would be nice to have a drink available in the rooms at no extra expense, particularly as parking in the lower town already adds costs to ones holiday.”

“We would highly recommend staying at La Casa Grande. The hosts are warm and friendly, and informative. The setting is dramatic yet intimate. The building is very old, but well maintained and very charming. Only problem is parking -- need to be prepared to park about 1/2 mile away and walk the rest of the way. Parking by the nearby Parador is almost always full. But this inconvenience is WELL worth the trouble once you get there!”

“Fantastic hotel! Glad to be able to book the roof top suite as the location and the views were terrific. The attention to detail made it very special and a real find. Breakfast, nice bathroom cosmetics, music in the rooms and drinks on the terrace...all very special.”

“The location was excellent, the staff very thoughful and the rooms very well kept. The decor, the lovely terrace and breakfast in the courtyard is what I will always remember. A few things to remember though. You cannot drive all the way to the door, so remember to pack lightly and in small bags for the hike from the car to the hotel. There is a phone in the room but it is difficult to recieve calls late in the evening when there is nobody at the reception.”

“The hotel is in a excellent position and is beautiful inside with a spectacular clifftop location. We had a beautiful room with our own balcony, the only minus point being the smell of raw sewage from the balcony. If I went there again, I'd ask for a room on the second floor.”
