Ampudia is an historic little town and the hotel's building - once the Abbotts house - dates back to the seventeenth century. The house of the abbott has been carefully restored (by architect Angel Garcia), while retaining the majesty and splendour of the past. There is a spectacular dome in the entrance hall, a small chapel where the abbott used to give mass, an extensive collection of furniture, pictures and other antiques. The original atmosphere of the building is perfectly blended with modern comforts. The hosts have paid great attention to detail to create a relaxing atmosphere. There is a small indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There are twelve double rooms and four suites, plus a special `Abad Suite`. This is a perfect place to enjoy some exquisite cuisine, created by renowned chefs. Half and full pension are also available.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
