Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. This renovated farmhouse in the heart of Alicante Province is only a thirty minute drive from Alicante and the airport. The building has been fully updated while keeping the original architecture and old farmhouse traditions. The lounges have lots of natural light and the large gardens - planted with native species - also feature a swimming pool and the spa. There are eighteen ensuite rooms, each with its own personality and décor and with beautiful views of the rural Mediterranean countryside. Suites and junior suites have a bathtub in addition to a shower and the junior suite can accommodate an extra person on a sofabed. Paco Torreblanca and Kristian Lutaud have designed an innovative menu, using local products of the highest quality in traditional dishes which are complemented with a select local wines. The spa offers a variety of therapeutic and relaxing treatments. For those who love sports, this hotel offers a multitude of activities: an off-road driving school in a private circuit near the hotel, horseback riding, hiking, paragliding, etc. and there is a golf course just fifteen minutes away.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

It is beautiful, very designed, lovely finishes, comfy bed and nice bathroom ,wonderful sunrises out of our window, its location, nice to gaze at the mountains by the little pool, the courtyard is a delightful place to eat and the best bit lovely lovely food. Breakfasts were also good, loved having fresh orange juice and good coffee. An easy walk into La Romana which was having its festival.A car is essential.

Well its quirky, the spa not finished but will be great I think.One day we were entirely alone , no other guests, it sometimes didn't quite feel like a real hotel. They forgot to tell us there was no dinner available on Sunday night, not the end of the world but a genuine disappiontment.Nothing really available between breakfast and dinner though someone did russel me up a nice salad when asked.
I read another review where they wondered given most ,if not all ,the rooms are empty why didn't they up grade us to a room with a balcony ? Would just have felt like nice customer service and was an opprtunity they didn't take I think.”
