Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. Originally built in the 15th century, the main part of the hotel is in a restored flour mill overlooking the fresh waters of the river Henares and situated only five kilometres from the medieval city of Sigüenza. The hotel has been tastefully restored, keeping the original features of wood, stone and iron with fireplaces and spacious lounges that transform the mill into a restful haven. The rooms are as cosy as the rest of the millhouse, with whitewashed walls, wooden furniture, pretty lamps and flowers--with the interiors mostly created by members of the family. There are two newer buildings, by the pool, housing seven suites and one grand suite/apartment that is suitable for a family. The decor is modern, elegant and comfortable with lovely bathrooms, flat-screen tv and wifi. The whole family run the hotel taking care of every detail and making you feel at home. They also cook beautifully-made traditional dishes for guests and lunch or dinner is in the area of 27 euros, with the fixed menu changing daily. A recent addition is the spa - and delightful it is too. This little inn is a particular favourite of Madrilenos, so it is almost always full on weekends and in the summer months, when you need to book well ahead.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

They really went the extra mile -I had to take an important phone call and they had us set up in a room where there was the best internet connection and I had left my power adaptor at the previous hotel and even though this hotel is somewhat remote they found an adaptor for me.
