In order to guarantee the reservation, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking will be charged by the owner of Villa Alcanda to the credit card as soon as the booking is processed. From June through September there is a 7 night minimum stay; otherwise, there is a 3 night minimum stay.
This is a splendid semi detached self catering villa, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, positioned on a hillside in Alcanada. Built on 3 levels with balconies and terraces on each, the villa offers wonderful views across the bay of Alcudia to the mountains beyond. Accessed from the road by a set of steps the ground floor consists of a swimming pool and patio, which is furnished with high quality teak sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with a teak dining table and parasol. Inside, the light and airy lounge/dining area has direct access out onto the front terrace that overlooks the pool below. On this level you will find a fully fitted kitchen with pine cabinets and marble work tops, and a short corridor which leads to two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the top floor which consists of a double and a twin bedroom which share a large balcony, a further twin bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom. All the top floor bedrooms have access to a separate shared complete bathroom. The villa is well equipped with a complete kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, satellite television, hifi, and dvd player.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night will be taken by the hotel. Cancellations and changes must be made at least 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation the Villa will retain the deposit. In the event of a no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
