This lovely small cosmopolitan hotel in Alcudia (in the North of Mallorca), Cas Ferrer Nou, has six modern and quiet rooms. Each of them has been designed with a different concept in mind, and combine Mediterranean, traditional, and modern styles. They are L'Alguer, Pollentia, Estambul, Botticelli, Safo and Kavafis. Some rooms have special canopied beds, the furniture is modern and avant garde, and the bathrooms are state of the art. Built a century ago, this house once belonged to a blacksmith. Located on Alcudia's main square, it has a patio, lounge area and terraces. Breakfast only is served at the hotel, served inside or on the patio, in the bar or in the lounge area, however there are many restaurants in the vicinity. There is the Auca Salut Spa next to the hotel offfering a complete range of face and body treatments, and special rates are available for hotel guests.
Notes The streets of Alcudia are a mosaic of Mediterranean cultures. Alcudia is the most important Roman city in the Balearic Islands. Visit Pollentia (main Roman remains). Close to beaches of Cala Coll Baix, S'Illot, bays of Alcudia and Pollenca.

Deposit: 20% of deposit will be taken by the Hotel at the time of confirming your reservation. If the cancellation is received until 31 days before the check-in, the hotel will refund the 20% of deposit. If cancelled up to 15 days before arrival, the Hotel will keep the deposit. Cancellation must be received between 15 days and 5 days, the hotel will charge an extra of 30% to the deposit. If cancelled 5 days prior to reservation otherwise 60% will be charged additionally to the 20%. Full payment will be taken if no-show.
