In order to guarantee the reservation, one night of the total booking will be charged by Villa Alcanda. From June through September included there is a 7 night minimum stayfrom 01/Jun to 30/Sep; otherwise, there is a 3 night minimum stay.
This is a spacious semi detached self catering villa, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, positioned on a hillside in Alcanada. Built on 3 levels with balconies and terraces on each, the villa offers wonderful views across the bay of Alcudia to the mountains beyond. Accessed from the road by a set of steps the ground floor consists of a swimming pool and patio, which is furnished with high quality teak sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with a teak dining table and parasol. Inside, the light and airy lounge/dining area has direct access out onto the front terrace that overlooks the pool below. On this level is a fully fitted kitchen with pine cabinets and marble work tops, and a short corridor which leads to two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the top floor which consists of a double and a twin bedroom which share a large balcony, a further twin bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom. All the top floor bedrooms have access to a separate shared complete bathroom. The villa is well equipped with a complete kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, satellite television, hifi, and dvd player.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one night will be taken by the hotel. Cancellations and changes must be made at least 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation the Villa will retain the deposit. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to reservation date or in case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
