Las Casas del Consul

In the heart of Úbeda, a World Heritage Site, (in Andalusia) is this fascinating 17th century building that has been transformed into a particularly beautiful small hotel. The rooms surround the main courtyard and the architecture is typically Renaissance with high celings, lots of windows, stone and wood. There is another patio and garden surrounding the swimming pool and solarium. There are just eight double rooms and one beautiful suite, all ensuite, of course, and all decorated in natural colours with superb furniture and furnishings.
