Villa Ca'n Penya

Located just 3 km. from the centre of Soller, at the foot of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains, in an area known as Valle de los Naranjos (Orange Grove Valley) is Villa Ca'n Penya. The Villa may be rented by the week. It is set in 60,000 square metres of grounds and surrounded by orange and lemon trees. It offers all modern comforts while retaining its Majorcan country house style and character. In the Villa there are six guest rooms, all with their own bathrooom, and have central heating, air conditioning, satellite television, hairdryer, bathrobe, bath and beach towels. There is a spacious dining room, winter lounge and fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals if you wish. Outside the Villa there are two terraces, and a swimming pool with a great view of the mountains. You can rent one or more rooms depending on the number of people in your group but whatever the number the villa will be exclusively for your party. The guests' bedrooms will be cleaned each Wednesday, and the towels are changed each day (more extensive daily cleaning is available for 10 euros/hour) If requested in advance, meals are available.
