L'Avenida

Elegant, eclectic and tranquil, this new hotel located on the west coast of Mallorca is the perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious stay. All around are the towering peaks, orange groves and secluded valleys of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. The house is a hundred year old mansion, just two minutes walk from Soller's main square, and with great views from most rooms. L'Avenida has nine rooms and suites, all with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, internet access and minifridge. All the bathrooms have contemporary ceramics and luxurious showers and in the luxury suites there are also baths. Guests staying in the luxury suites may also choose private in-room dining by arrangement - perfect for a romantic stay or celebration. The lively L'Avenida Bistro serves modern Mediterranean cuisine in the main restaurant or outdoors by the pool in the warmer months. There is also a lounge bar and a bodega bar for a pre- or post-dinner drink. Within the secluded courtyard gardens is the swimming pool and terrace and there is pool-side service that includes an all-day bar. Note that Easter and long weekends are considered high season and that there is a minimum two night stay from May 1 to 30 September. There is no parking at the hotel but there is a municipal car park just opposite. Car hire can be arranged from the hotel.
