30% deposit required upon booking. For stays of 7 nights or longer the hotel offers a 10% discount. For stays of 14 nights or longer the hotel offers a 20% discount.
Deposit: 30% of Total Stay Amount
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival, no charge will be make. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be kept. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on ANY reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

Hacienda Veracruz
 
The mansion, now housing this small hotel, was constructed in the 17th century as "Hacienda de Olivares" and has been recently renovated. Today the hacienda consists of 80 square acres of ecologically farmed land with two orange groves and a new organic fruit- and vegetable garden -- guests are welcome to help themselves to anything in the garden. The hacienda ”Vera Cruz” is located between Mairena and Viso del Alcor. The hacienda is in a perfect rural location for relaxing the body and refreshing the mind and an ideal "home base" from which one can enjoy many wonderful excursions to the culturally rich towns and castles of Spain. The rooms and apartments are distinctive and built in the typical style of the region; comfortable and elegant, of Spanish or Moorish design. Every residence is equipped with a television and naturally its own bathroom - and each apartment has a parlor and (in some) a small kitchen. The hotel is comfortable and friendly with an open terrace, a winter garden, pool, sauna and a small fitness studio as well as a leisure and celebration room. Kids are welcome to play billiards, airpuck, table tennis, basketball or darts. In the palm garden there’s is a small bar equipped with a grill. Additionally, the parlor's book corner or fireplace makes a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the evening. Guests visiting during the winter seasons are also invited to enjoy our sauna. The restaurant serves Spanish tapas only and the hotel must know in advance if guests are eating there. They also need to know arrival times of guests. The hacienda Vera Cruz is located in a fairly remote area between Seville and Carmona, about 20 minutes (15 km) from Seville and 15 minutes from Carmona. Highway Seville - Madrid (Cordoba) Exit 521, direction Mairena del Alcor after passing the petrol station, please follow the signpost. There is a dirt track road from the main road to the Hacienda.

We stayed for 2 nights. My only disappointment was that our room was not refreshed on the day we stayed over. We had to go to the office at 10pm to get clean towels.
The staff was friendly, the room attractive and clean and we loved the country location.

No water on our first morning though. Took about an hour to get the water running again. Hosts were very nice. The hotel is further than a 15-minute drive from Seville, I would say more like half an hour.

My family and I stayed at the Hacienda Veracruz, we had a fantastic experience. The manager, Heike was more than accomadating when arrived with no car. The Hacienda Veracruz is a fantastic hacienda however you need a car if you are a large family who wants to get into the city and other locations.
