While it is preferable to be a pedestrian in Seville, it is not always possible. Here is some useful information from the hotel owners:
There is parking less than 100 metres from the hotel, which has both hourly rates, and discounted rates for stays longer that a day. There is usually also safe parking on the street, which is preferrable to parking in the Santa Justa station. Travel in Spain is a dream with AVE high speed trains: the AVE trains operate on the Madrid-Cordoba-Seville route and can whisk you to/from Madrid and Seville in just 2.5 hours (with many other routes available). Taxis from the airport should cost 20 Euros. Seville airport is located about 10 Kilometres north east of the city, on the NIV motorway to Cordoba and Madrid. The bus EA runs a regular service to and from the city and the main railway station. There are plenty of taxis outside the terminal building and a number of leading car hire companies based at the airport. There are regular national flights to Madrid, Barcelona, Arrecife, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Palma de Mallorca, Santiago de Compostela and Tenerife. There are also regular International flights to Amsterdam, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris and Rome.
Deposit: No Deposit Required.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 7 days before reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled 7 days or less before reservation penalty equal to cost of one night per room booked. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on ANY reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

Casa del Maestro

In the heart of Seville is this typical charming patiod Sevillan villa from the 19th century, the old home of master Spanish guitarist Manuel Serrapi. The family has restored and renovated the home in the style of the original structure, adding elegance and comfort to pamper their guests. There are wonderful views over Seville from the roof gallery and each room has been tastefully decorated in Sevillan style. All the rooms face the central patio, a place with excellent natural light. Architectural elements have been preserved, such as wooden beams, ironwork, original banisters, lanterns, wooden doors and windows, stucco walls and a beautifully tiled floor. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable (with good bathrooms) and some have a balcony. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but breakfast(which is included in the price) may be served in your room (at any time) and regional delicatessan snacks are also offered. It is not advisable to try driving to or from this location as there are many winding, narrow one-way streets, but the hotel can direct you to a nearby parking lot (see Notes below) Ask for directions to Seville's oldest restaurant, just a few metres from the hotel. From this central location, stroll the streets, visit the beautiful Alcazar, and watch some wonderful flamenco. This is in the oldest part of Seville, and can be frustrating to find. Study the map carefully or, if you are taking a cab, tell the driver that it is in the Almuden. A recent guest commented "This house is a great introduction to the golden age of flamenco, and a marvellous vantage point for experiencing the old city centre."

Very nice, very clean and modern and in good position near to cathedral, but no staff on site after we had been checked in so perhaps a little vulnerable and self-catered breakfast - which wasn't very inspiring and we didn't use. However, the maid on reception was charming and polite and the owner spoke to us on the phone to check all was well. Seville very very hot so had to stay in flat during long afternoon which was perhaps a bit boring and might have been less so in a hotel with public rooms and more going on. Nevertheless would recommend this apartment to someone who wanted an apartment-based stay in Seville.

Clean spacious bathrooms. The breakfast brought to us on the upstairs terrace was a nice touch, and the coffee the best of our whole European trip! Great place with a lot of charm. The steep staircase was difficult to manuever with all of our luggage but we managed. Loved this place.
