This pleasant twelve-room small hotel, in a great location close to the cathedral, is an ideal solution for those who are looking for an economical, intimate, well-located and friendly place to stay in Sevilla. Alminar is the Spanish word for Minaret - and in particular the minaret of the Cathedral which is located just 50 metres from the inn. In years gone-by the building was used by Foronda, the leading company in Spain for hand-made silk shawls. The bedrooms are fully equipped with full bathroom, satellite television, telephone, internet access, minibar (free on the first night), air conditioning and central heating. Although the hotel is very centrally located, the pedestrian street on which it sits is quiet and the rooms have windows that are triple-glazed. Two of the superior rooms on the top floor even have their own little terraces, offering views of the Cathedral and La Giralda. The staff are friendly and helpful and will be happy to help you plan your days in Sevilla.
