It has been added to and renovated and is now the setting of the Hosteria Ayala Berganza, located in the heart of Segovia, next to the romanesque church of San Millan, and only a few minutes from the famous Aqueduct. Each of the 15 double rooms and 2 suites is uniquely decorated. The hotel is just outside the ramparts of the centre of Segovia (which makes parking much less of a problem) and it takes only five minutes to walk to the heart of town and the cathedral. A recent client who stayed comments: the staff were absolutely wonderful and this was one of the quietest and nicest nights we had in Spain - and the hotel was easy to find. Not as good as we had hoped, the room was lovely, facilities good and the position was ideal for the town however it was extreemly noisy at night although we were thankfully not at the front or side of the building. The breakfast was OK. The receptionist was not very helpful. There was a fesival in the town which she didn't know about, if we had known we would arrived before the end as we did. We also found the nearby car park a bit difficult to find, needs a better map.
