Villa Soro

Villa Soro is a charming 25 room hotel in a 19th century villa which has been declared a Historical Heritage Building of San Sebastian. Once a stately-home, it is located on Avenida de Ategorrieta, a tree-lined avenue within a short walking distance of the Zurriola Beach and the world renowned Arzak Restaurant (Michelin 3 star) which is 500 metres away. There are many other highly regarded restaurants in the vicinity, just minutes by car. The Villa has been carefully restored with high quality materials respecting the late 19th century style of the house. 15 of the rooms are in the Villa, and ten in the former carriage house, and all are equipped with full bathrooms, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, television, telephone and internet connection. The rooms are decorated with precious woods and plush fabrics, art by local artists adorns the walls, and the rooms are full of light. There is a garden specially designed by a French landscape designer and the living areas of the Villa are very welcoming. Breakfast can be served in the former winter garden or in your room. There is also a small menu of exquisite dishes which try to reflect the gastronomic heritage of San Sebastian and this is available on room-service basis.
