Hotel Molino del Puente

This eighteenth century olive and flour mill has been transformed into a luxurious ten bedroom hotel. Set in stunning landscaped gardens scented with fruit trees and just five minutes from the historical mountain pueblo of Ronda. The owners have owned some wonderful restaurants in the area so you can be sure that the cuisine at Molio del Puente is extraordinary. The Molino is built between two bridges, one of which dates back to 1750, the original milling stones, machinery, and water moat are all still in place and the latter is still functional. Many of the old features have been retained in the transformation to the new hotel, providing a unique ambience and atmosphere. The rooms are simply and rustically decorated, each with its own ensuite bathrooom. The gardens are built on two terraces landscaped with fruit trees which lead down to a beautiful waterfall cascading into the River Guadalcobacin, and there are two swimming pools.
