Son Sant Jordi Cottages

There are three cottages associated with the small hotel Sant Jordi. The first is Villa Can Roca, an original villa located in the quiet countryside just 4.5 km. from Pollensa and 3 km from the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The interior is Mallorquin style with one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom and one bedroom with twin beds. There is an additional bathroom, living room with satellite television and fully-equipped kitchen and dishwasher and washing machine. The villa is available year-round (and it has central heating). The cottages are rented on a minimum weekly basis. The second cottage is Cuxach de n'Alba, a typical Mallorquin villa located 2 km. from Pollensa and 3 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket and 4 km. to the beach. The house has three bedrooms (double beds, twin beds and a single room), two bathrooms, living room with satellite television, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The interior opens on to a sun terrace with barbecue, and a fenced-in swimming pool. You can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at Hotel Son Sant Jordi if you wish. The third villa is Can Vobis which is on a spacious, treed lot just 4 km. from Pollensa and 3 km. to the beach. Perfect for families or groups, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large terrace looks out towards the sea. On the first level there is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining room and living room with satellite television. The terraces surround the house and there is a security-gated swimming pool. You may take breakfast at Hotel Son Sant Jordi if you wish.
