Madrid Apartment Nunez de Balboa

The apartment was recently totally renovated and is ideal for couples or small families. This inviting apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building in the elegant neighbourhood of Salamanca (renowned for its concentration of designer clothes shops, the cultural centre of Fundación Juan March and its well-to-do residents). There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is no shortage of space – not only does the lounge provide a corner to relax and unwind, there is also a dining area with seats for six as well as a reading/study corner with an internet connection. Special artwork adorns the walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons and the bathroom is modern and complete. Light flows into the apartment, thanks to the large windows and bright sunny days in Madrid. It is a short journey into the centre (nearest metro is “Nunez de Balboa” - line 5) there are many shops and restaurants in the local neighbourhood. Weekly cleaning is included for all stays of 7 nights or more. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at 30 euros an hour, and service is available 24 hours a day. The prices shown are for two people, and there is a supplement of 20 euros per extra person per night (10 euros for a child).
