This attic apartment, with wooden ceilings, is very special. From various rooms there are fascinating views: the tiled roofs of oldest Madrid and the cupola of San Andrés’ Church, Cathedral of the Almudena, the Mountain range and the Royal Theatre. Comfortable for two (and possibly for three), it has a bedroom, hall with sofa-bed, bath with bathtub, kitchen and dining room. Modern decoration and designer furniture create a distinctive feel. The building has an elevator and the living room has international television channels. A weekly cleaning service is included in the rate. Located in the heart of the district of La Latina , the location is between Plaza de La Paja and Plaza de los Carros, where there are lot of restaurants and bars, in addition to green space. Within five hundred meters is El Rastro, the most famous flea market of the capital. In the Plaza de la Cebada there’s a traditional market, and a sport centre with winter swimming pool and parking underground. There are also theatres and cinemas in the area. The closest subway stations are La Latina (line 5) and Tirso de Molina, (line 1). There is a phone available but you must prearrange its use.
