Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled 3 months or more prior to arrival the 25% deposit will not be refunded. If cancelled 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. If cancelled 1 month or less prior to arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged. A 15 euros cancellation fee per apartment booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

This apartment is in the neighbourhood of La Latina. It has one large bedroom with double bed and an office area next to one of the two big balconies. The living room/dining area are spacious enough for four people. The apartment is ideal for two but can sleep four if the sofabed in the living room is used. The bathroom has a large shower and the kitchen is fully equipped. This quiet apartment is in the city centre yet close to leisure and cultural events, and especially the many restaurants in this bohemian neighbourhood. Weekly cleaning is available if you plan to stay seven nights or more and service is available 24hs per day (by phone). There is a phone available but you must prearrange its use.
