Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled 3 months or more prior to arrival the 25% deposit will not be refunded. If cancelled 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. If cancelled 1 month or less prior to arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged. A 15 euros cancellation fee per apartment booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

A self-catering apartment option is perfect for those staying a week or more in Madrid. This apartment is 100 square metres in size with two bedrooms and one bathroom (perfect for two or four people). It is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a huge roof-top terrace that's perfect for relaxing in the summer months. The location is in the quiet area of Arturo Soria, close to the metro station and the popular Alcala street, and is in a private residential block with garden, private swimming pool and tennis court (and parking). Weekly cleaning is included for all stays of 7 nights or more. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at 30 euros an hour, and service is available 24 hours a day. The prices shown are for two people, and there is a supplement of 20 euros per extra person per night (10 euros for a child). There is a phone available but you must prearrange its use.
