Acis y Galatea

This small hotel is wonderfully located in a pleasant residential area just ten minutes from the centre of Madrid, 1 km. from the IFEMA international trade fair and conference centre and 3 km. from Barajas airport (pick up and drop off at the airport is possible for 14-17 euros). The sixteen room hotel opened at the beginning of May and offers exceptionally comfortable, luxurious and modern accommodation with avant-garde decor inspired by the mythological theme of the Acis and Galatea opera. There are two types of guestrooms on two floors, some with shower and some with bath, and all have the very latest technological features including Wi-Fi. Three of the rooms have their own terrace. An extra bed can be placed in the suite only. Evening meals are offered between 7 to 11:30 p.m. and will be served in your own room or in the attractive dining room. The cuisine is simple yet elegant and some unusual wines are featured. There is a restaurant within a ten minute walk from the hotel and, if shopping appeals to you, a Cortes Ingles just ten minutes away. Parking is available at 12 euros/day. Friendly and helpful owners, who speak English, will help you plan excursions into the city or to the IFEMA conference centre. We highly recommend this attractive new hotel as an excellent option for accommodation when you are arriving or leaving from Madrid airport or attending a conference in the Centre.
