Note that restaurant is closed on Mondays. Various airlines in the UK fly to Madrid, including (from Birmingham) BA, (from Bristol) Easy Jet, (from Dublin) Aer Lingus, (from Edinburgh) Flyglobespan, (from Gatwick) BA and EasyJet, (from Heathrow) BA and Iberia, (from Liverpool) EasyJet, (from Luton) EasyJet, (from Manchester) BA, (from Stansted) Air Berlin. International flights also come into Madrid airport.

Deposit: No Deposit Required.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 7 days before reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled 7 days or less before reservation penalty equal to cost of one night per room booked. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged. A 15 euros administrative cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns en Route cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

Located 57 km. north of Madrid in La Cabrera, this small hotel is new to our group of charming places to stay. There are three buildings in this finca or complex which surround an inner garden. There is a big rambling villa, a wooden pavillion and the restaurant. Some of the rooms are in the old villa while others are in the pavillion (upper and lower floors) There is secure parking and the restaurant-cafe Gaudium is an exceptionally beautiful place to dine. The cuisine is creative and regional, average price for dinner around 27 euros. The bright and airy pavillion rooms (approx. 60 sq. metres) are built from wood and are perfectly equipped with modern bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom (and also with telephone and television) Some of the rooms have terraces. The rooms in the old building are beautifully furnished and are highlighted with Maria Jesus interesting and very old sculptures and paintings. A relaxing place to stay which is both close to the city and yet in the midst of peaceful gardens. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Lovely hotel and very friendly. Breakfast a little shambolic with coffee served out of a vacuum flask and only lukewarm. Bread not very fresh. Would stay here again and have breakfast on the road.

The Hotel was fabulous, the management wonderful, the room brilliant. Food at the restaurant was a gastronomic delight. The staff looked after our son and organised a cot at late notice. Their English was much better than our Spanish!!! There was a mess up with the booking and the Sara De Ur staff were great. Thanks. Had a wonderful time.
