Click to make a request for this hotel Click to view contact information Click to view larger photos for this hotel Located in the heart of the Albayzin district, close to the Alhambra, is this small palace originally built in the 16th century and skilfully restored to a beautiful small hotel with just fifteen rooms. The inn's name comes from a poem by Juan Ramon Jimenez - Olvidos de Granada - and the decor in the inn incorporates water symbols and images that are so important to Granada's history. Full of charm, from the welcoming entrance with Tuscan columns, to the beautifully decorated and air conditioned guestrooms, eight of which have views of the Nasrid Palaces of the Alhambra. The rooms are full of small artisitic treasures, Moorish and Mudejar, which add to the romantic appeal of this delightful hotel. Each room has been simply decorated, warm and inviting without being ostentatious: terracotta floors with oriental rugs, plain white walls, solid wood ceiling work and furniture and gentle lighting. There are beautiful bed linens and luxurious bath products. There is no restaurant at this inn but there are many in the vicinity. Click to make a request for this hotel
