Posada del Canonigo

In one of the oldest houses in the cathedral square, and once the residence of the canons of the Cathedral of Burgo de Osma, Soria, this delightful 1653 house is now a charming small hotel with 11 rooms. Much has been retained from the original structure, but there are new bathrooms and comfortable seating areas. There is a fireplace, a library, dining room (with traditional cuisine) and wonderfully historic furniture. This is an excellent base from which to explore the fascinating town of El Burgo de Osma and to make excursions into the countryside to the Parque Natural de Rio Lobos, Bersoza, Ucero and the interesting historic towns in the area.
