The property is 185 km. from Madrid, 250 km. from Valladolid and 200 km. from Salamanca. You can take a bus from Madrid using La Sepulvedana Y Doaldi. Lots of outdoor activities: guided equestrian routes, hang gliding and climbing, golf (9 holes) canoes. Take a trip to the Celtic Iron Age Settlement of the first century, prehistoric cave paintings, the Sanctuary of Chilla and the church of La Asunción in Candeleda (the ceramic altarpiece made in Talavera is one of the most ancient ones in the area). Many fiestas in the area.

Deposit: 50% of Total Stay Amount

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival the 25% of the 50% deposit is refunded. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival the 50% deposit is not refunded. In case of a no show the total amount of the booking will be charged by the hotel. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on ANY reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

La Sayuela is on a 10,000 square metres farm that adjoins the Regional Park of Gredos, with the Sierra de Gredos mountains on one side and the Valley of Tietar and La Vera on the other. There are wonderful vistas from all the windows in the house. There are also many gorges in the area, perfect as natural swimming pools. The microclimate here makes it a wonderful growing area for tobacco, cherry trees and peppers, orange and palm trees--the locals call it Avila's Sevilla. The rural house La Sayuela has thick stone walls making it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and each with a different view of the mountains or the valley. The rooms are air conditioned and are attractively decorated in pastel shades and comfortable furniture. The spacious lounge has a timber ceiling six metres high, a big fireplace and a cosy atmosphere. There is a dining room, a games room and a large library with a great choice of books of all genres, and a lovely view from the bay window. In the dining room you can enjoy lunch or dinner of slow-cooked traditional food. In the kitchen good use is made of the vegetable garden and the houses's many fruit trees. The inn does not have extra beds available.
