2 night minimum. This little inn does not accept credit cards on final payment, just travellers cheques in euros and cash.
One hour driving from Bilbao (and the Guggenheim), and hour from the coast and wonderful beaches. Excellent opportunities for climbing and caving in the mountains. Las Merindades offers a wealth of cultural and leisue opportunities and the owners will help you with useful information on interesting places to visit. Ryan Air flys from the UK (Stansted airport) to Santander airport. Brittany Ferries sails from Plymouth to Santander twice a week, Wednesdays and Sundays. P and O Ferries offers sailings from Portsmouth to Bilbao.
Deposit: 30% of Total Stay Amount
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 15 days before reservation, no penalty. If cancelled 14 days or less before reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled 7 days or less before reservation or in case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on ANY reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

This inn deserves the highest rating. Truly warm hospitality, charming house, excellent food, beautiful garden, comfortable rooms and overall fantastic. MariCruz and Graeme, the innkeepers, really could not have been more warm, helpful and engaging. We look forward to a time when we can return.
