There is a gallery on the ground floor, furnished with rattan furniture, with a glass wall that looks out on to the gardens. The eleven double rooms and five suites, all en suite, are spacious and very well equipped, some with hydromassage bathtubs. The rooms are furnished with antiques and paintings that have been in the family for generations. There is also a gym and sauna and bicycles for guests use. There are six golf courses within a 30 km. radius and there is a good range of outdoor activities in the region. The restaurant serves cuisine 'de autor' with french influence, 30 euros approx. The staff were all very helpful, and the complimentary soft drink minibar was much appreciated. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed the night we were there, though (it was a monday)
