Sa Rota d'en Palerm

The house and its annexe buildings, originally built in the 17th century on a hill overlooking the fertile valley and northern mountain range of the island, is today converted into 5 apartments (one of them with 2 bedrooms), and 2 double rooms. They have been carefully restored using materials typical of the area and preserving the original features of the old, traditional Mallorcan building. The rooms are decorated in authentic Mallorca style, both simple and traditional, with restored antique furniture and, of course, all have ensuite bathrooms. There are magnificent panoramic views of the countryside and mountains that can be admired from all the terraces and bedroom windows. Apartments are equipped with sitting room, bathroom and equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, satellite t.v., safe, and private terrace. The inn is situated in the middle of Mallorca and is surrounded by 28 hectares of fig, almond, carob, fruit, oak and pine trees.
