Family Info

Children over 5 years old are accepted. There is one family apartment Lila, that has a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds suitable for a family of four. Please note the additional room cannot accommodate extra 2 adults.

Dining & Meals

Continental breakfast is served on the terrace in the summer and indoors on cooler days. There are freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, pastries and breads with home made jams and marmalade, fresh fruit salads and cheeses. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away from the hotel and there are many more within a ten minutes drive.

Note that there is a 3 night minimum stay at the Finca. A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation. This is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the reservation. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days the full amount will be charged by the Finca.

Due to the rural location of the finca you will need to hire a car from the airport. SPECIAL OFFER: winter rate for November, December and January 120Eu per night for an apartment with two people sharing. This includes breakfast, taxes and afternoon tea.

Deposit: 20% of Total Stay Amount

Cancellation Policy: A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation by the hotel. This is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the reservation. If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the full cost will be charged by the Finca. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days the full amount will be charged by the Finca. A 15 euro administrative cancellation fee will be made, per room booked, by Inns en Route Inc. for all confirmed reservations that are subsequently cancelled. The Inns en Route cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

This small, family-run property is in a restored 17th century house that sits on a ten acre hillside with lovely views over the countryside, local towns and mountains. Located 2 km. from Porreres on the island of Mallorca (and a 35 km. drive from Palma). The nearest beach is Es Trenc – about a twenty minute drive. The east coast of the island has the best beaches in Mallorca - Cala Mondrago was just included in the Sunday Times top ten in the world. Finca Son Jorbo is divided into delightful apartments, each designed in a different style, blending the rustic charms of a traditional Mallorcan finca with the comforts of contemporary living. All apartments have sitting room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, air-conditioning/central heating, satellite TV, CD player and hairdryer. There is one family apartment (Lila) that is suitable for a family of four. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool and surrounding terrace with loungers and parasols are in full sun all day. Should you need to escape the sun for a while there are quiet spots around the grounds that offer more shade. Inside, the reception hall with its old stone walls ensures there is somewhere cool at any time of day and in the well stocked library there are books for all tastes plus a selection of board games. If you want to do your own shopping, there are markets in the local towns, or you may want the hosts to provision your apartment for your arrival. Make use of your well-equipped kitchen, use the barbecue or take a short drive to a local restaurant. The choice is yours. You will definitely need a car to reach this location (and to explore the many attractions in the area). If you feel energetic there is walking, horse riding, bird watching and golf. There are also a couple of bikes at the finca. Or simply relax by the pool and help yourself to the honesty bar.
