The Tramuntana is an outstanding paradise for experienced and amateurs walkers, with a great variety of routes to choose from. Mirabo, in Valldemossa, is the place that all residents will choose to have their berenar. Another popular route is that of the Ruta del Teix (from Valldemossa to Coll de Soller). The Consell de Mallorca ( a governmental institution) has elaborated a route known as “La Ruta de Piedra en Seco” which covers all the Sierra de Tramontana range, with refuges which have been recently renovated. This route covers from the refuges of La Trapa in Calvia to Refugi El Pont de Roma in Pollensa.
In the village of Esporles there are hidden some extraordinary sites and it has certainly become one of most used cycling routes. The village has also been used by most cycling lovers as a place to have a quick stop, as beautiful village still maintains the splendour of the typical Mallorcan architecture.
Deposit: 25% of Total Stay Amount
Cancellation Policy: The hotel will retain 5% of the deposit when cancelled more than 20 days prior to reservation. 50% of deposit will be retained if cancelled between 30 and 7 days prior to reservation. 100% of deposit retained when cancelled less than seven days prior to reservation. No show, full amount of stay will be charged by the hotel. Inns en Route will make a cancellation charge of 15 euros per room booked on any reservation that is cancelled after confirmation of reservation is sent. This amount may be applied to a future booking within 12 months.

Agroturismo Alfatx
 
Originally an old Mallorcan farmhouse set in almond and orange groves, the Agroturismo Alfatx has been totally renovated by the Anglo-Spanish Berrio-Penycate family. Now the property is a delightful small inn with six guest rooms, a swimming pool, sun terrace, lounge, reading room and honour bar. Located close to the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range it is an ideal base for many walking tours and bicycle routes where you can discover the real Mallorca, the people, markets, monuments, architecture, culture and gastronomy of the island. Visit nearby villages such as Esporles, Valldemossa, Bunyola, Santa Maria, Soller, Bunyalbufar, Deia etc. The guest rooms have separate exterior access providing independence and privacy. All the rooms have full bathrooms with hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, satellite television, minibar, safe, telephone. The inn serves only breakfast, but there is a barbecue for guest use and if you would like a meal prepared for you, just let the owners know in advance and they will be pleased to do this. All produce is from the inn's own kitchen garden.

The owners are extreemly friendly and helpful. Their rustic cooking is excellent and the quiet relaxation a great stress buster. 3 miles to new underground station for Palma. Many Tuesdays they have piano concerts outside.
