This is a perfect place to relax or take advantage of the many activities in the area -- bird watching, wild flower explorations, gourmet dining, watersports and, in particular, excellent hiking. Close to the Picos de Europa and other Asturian mountains as well as the beaches of eastern Asturias. Asturias - Oviedo airport is the closest airport to the hotel at 105 kms and about 75 minutes by car. National flights connect with Madrid and Barcelona and Easy Jet has just started operating competive priced flights flights from London Stanstead. Santander airport at 140kms and just under 2 hours from the hotel operates a Ryanair flight to Stanstead and Berlin. Bilbao airport at 220 kms and about 2½ to 3 hours from the hotel offers a more extensive range of flights. From the UK there are two ferries travelling to North Spain: P&O operate from Southampton to Bilbao a 36 hour crossing, and Brittany Ferries from Plymouth to Santander, a 24 hour crossing.

Deposit: First 1 Nights.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's accommodation is required. In the case of cancellations up to 22 days prior to entrance hotel will refund your deposit, less 5 Euros, which is to cover credit card commisions and administration costs. With cancellations 21 days prior to entrance or less, hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.

Originally a priests house built at the end of the 18th century, it is now a charming small hotel with twelve ensuite rooms. Built on to the side of a mountain on a rocky outcrop, it has spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding countryside, including the Picos of Europa, the Ponga mountain range and the Sierra del Sueve. It has maintained much of its original character but has many comforts of a modern hotel. The original stables have been transformed into a comfortable lounge with an open fire and small bar. On the same level is a glass galleried dining room. On the next two floors there is a quiet reading lounge and the twelve guestrooms, all with outstanding views. The dining room, for guests use only, offers excellent homecooking, with an imaginative use of regional and organic produce; some of this produce comes from the 12 acre organic farm on which the inn sits. Breakfast and evening meals are served (please order dinner in advance). Breakfast is 7 euros, evening meals 18.50 euros and picnics 4.5 euros. This is a no-smoking establishment. A deposit will be required when making a reservation at this hotel.
