Immerse yourself in seven centuries of history: the old stone, the special quality of the light, the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Hospedería (the Monastery Inn), from which the river Ebro can be heard, has 35 double-rooms. Five of them are suites and two of them have a separate living room. The four suites and the Suite del Abad, the Abbot's Suite (with its unique decoration and massive size) are particularly interesting. There are ten double rooms with dormer window, fourteen standard bedrooms, two junior suites and two 2 guestrooms with living room and all have satellite TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning, hairdryer and laundry service (all are accessible by an elevator). There are rooms with fresco paintings and views to the Monastery, and all have full bathrooms and one with jacuzzi bath. In this unique medieval setting, the restaurant offers a cuisine that uses the best ingredients of Aragon. The common spaces are comfortable, designed in a way that combines the ancient with the modern. Four bedrooms in an exclusive space within the Hospedería. Each suite has a distinct colour, scent and decoration. The first one is decorated with fresco paintings and has views to the Monastery; the second one has ancient furniture; the third one has a spacious bathroom and brown colours; and the fourth one is provided with a Jacuzzi. Standard bedrooms, some of them with dormer window and others with access from the Arquería, the Archway. They are spacious and have natural light, bathroom and a modern decoration with classical details. There is also a swimming pool, a Café and a Restaurant à la carte, serving regional dishes exquisitely prepared with the best ingredients of Aragon. Click to make a request for this hotel

Lovely setting, great food, friendly staff, all very relaxing. Only problem was that, with it being quiet, you sometimes had to wait for bar staff to appear, but you could always summon someone from reception, so it wasn't really a problem.

The hotel itself and the Monastery are both very nice; the hotel service was excellent as was the dining; the restorations in the Monastery could have been done with less vigor. I am ambivalent about having Monasteries modified to contain hotels (or any historical site), but had it not been we would probably not have seen this out of the way site at all.
