Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.

For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

This renovated farmhouse in the heart of Alicante Province is only a thirty minute drive from Alicante and the airport. The building has been fully updated while keeping the original architecture and old farmhouse traditions. The lounges have lots of natural light and the large gardens - planted with native species - also feature a swimming pool and the spa. There are eighteen ensuite rooms, each with its own personality and décor and with beautiful views of the rural Mediterranean countryside.
