| 1. We reserve the right to revoke membership for any reason. We will not tolerate agencies who abuse our services or reproduce our content without permission. |
| 2. Agencies are bound by the same deposit and cancellation terms as our end users. This includes cancellation fees charged by us on confirmed and subsequently cancelled reservations. |
| 3. In the event that we provide (by request) you or your client with a suggested itinerary, and your client does not reserve any nights through us, or only reserves some nights through us, we reserve the right to charge a 20 euro fee per planned day not reserved. Any proposed itinerary which may incur this fee will be clearly identified as a proposed itinerary. |
| 4. Commission is only paid to the agency once we have received payment from the hotel. Payment from the hotel may take up to 6 months. In rare circumstances we are unable to collect commissions from a hotel, and under these circumstances no commissions will be paid to the agency. |
| 5. Our client rewards / loyalty program does not apply to reservations made through agencies. |
